Overview

Energy 11, L.P. (the “Partnership” or “Energy 11”), formed in 2013, is a public non-traded limited partnership formed to acquire and develop oil and natural gas properties located onshore in the United States. Since its formation, the Partnership has raised over $350 million and invested the proceeds in non-operated working interests in producing wells and future development locations in the Sanish field located in Mountrail County, North Dakota. The Partnership’s current combined working interests in its 299 producing wells is approximately 24%. Energy 11 is committed to enhancing the value of its interests in the Sanish field, while generating attractive returns for our limited partners.

The Sanish field is part of the Greater Williston Basin where industry activity is focused on development of the prolific Bakken Shale formation, one of the largest oil fields in the U.S., and its close geologic cousin, the Three Forks Shale. Chord Energy (NASDAQ:CHRD), a publicly traded oil and gas company, operates the Partnership’s well interests in the Sanish field.
